Your manager in Gig Harbor, Theresa, was very helpful and very kind to us because we are going though some serious family issues at the moment. She has gone out of her way to help us and I think she deserves recognition for her hard work.

This was my first time getting a rental space and the ladies assisting me were amazing. They made everything easy to understand.Quick and helpful not only was I helped by the staff on hand, her off duty coworker also helped explain things. I do believe their names were Shayna and the other was Elizabeth. They no doubt made me feel as if I made the best decision in obtain the unit I did.

Ideal location, price was a little higher than expected, zero discounts for active duty military families forced to relocate, and they make you purchase insurance on top of their rates. At least its secure.

Although they were not able to provide us with the specific size of storage space we needed, they did everything humanly possible to search for other facilities that could accommodate our needs. We were both very impressed with their customer service and follow-up calls to make sure our needs had been met. I had the best customer service experience from Becky in the Gig Harbor office and Dee in Tacoma. They both went out of their way to accommodate my needs. I wish all companies had this level of customer service.
