Rose was super helpful. I was looking at different sizes and the special deal for one of the sizes was at a different facility. She told me to just come in to her facility and she would show me all sizes. She was super knowledgeable about all the details.

Thorough thoughtful convenient kind clean dotted every I and crossed every t. Professional friendly and informed. Manager took her time with me to show me more than one unit so I could make an informed decision. Excellent customer service. Clean facility with carts and restroom and good lighting. Safe. Plenty of supplies to help with moving. As much as I hate to spend money on renting a storage space for my stuff she made it easy and less of a burden.

Blake was awesome - reserved my space over the phone for me and got me all set up quickly and very professionally. This building is in a convenient location if you live anywhere in Isaaquauh Highlands or Sammamish Plateau area.

Issaquah facility is great! Lots of carts to move stuff to the storage unit. Dennis is also great and very helpful. He made the checking move in very easy for us. Thank you! My only negative comment is that the front sliding doors to the storage facility have been broken since we started renting in April. There is wood installed over what were panes of glass.

We rented a unit here for nearly 2 years and were overall fairly happy. Great customer service, always very helpful and friendly. My only issue was the fact that they continuously raised the rent by $50 or more every year. Even when new units were renting for a lower price when ours was renewed, we had a major increase. Also, the carts aren't a substantial size and make for extra trips.

Dennis was great! I was in the middle of a busy day, and Dennis put his lunch on hold for me...you don't get that kind of service anymore. Thanks Dennis! 06/01/2017 Went in to pay my monthly rent at the public storage in Issaquah, only to find Dennis working without any of the technology of today. No internet, no phone in the office. Dennis was using his own personal phone to process payments at a detriment to himself, if something were to go wrong they would hold him responsible for it, I don't think that's fair and I think Dennis should be rewarded for his ingenuity and his dedication to his customers, to whom Dennis is familiar with ( I didn't even have to give him my name, he knew it with only two interactions between us). Thank you Public Storage for hiring people like Dennis! Your greatest employee!

I love the carts that you can load your stuff on, and how easy it is to get to the lockers. There's plenty of space to move around and do what you need to do.
