Purely Storage - Pasco - N Road 44

We couldn't get our stuff out of the 'other' unit & in to a Self-Storage unit quick enough! We had been ignorant & inexperienced previously, but we now have the correct SIZE unit, and the APPROPRIATE insurance coverage thanks to Self Storage & knowledgeable staff.

I had to find a place right away to store my belongings, and this was the lowest price around. Not only that, there was the largest unit available, with a discount, and it took less than 10 minutes to purchase a month of storage at a great price. Close to the Pasco airport, so close to anything in Tri Cities. Very clean units and surroundings. Highly recommended!

Urgent call to action. We are aware that there are multiple people living in at least two storage units. Have been for over 2 months now. IF this matter is not dealt with Purely will be turned into the authorities, reported to the city and the better business bureau. We have footage that will be turned in to these establishments as well. Last I checked a storage facility is not licensed to operate as an apartment bld. - zero tolerance. People are trusting Purely to manage this as they should feel safe and secure with their coming and going from their 'rented' units. Please address this matter immediately. I know this review will not get posted. This is your heads up.

Easy to rent. Office was nice, unit clean and the service was nice.

I tried going in to get my keys and pay my storage units but nobody was at the facility , even though they were supposed to be. So I had to take all of that stuff home then next time I went there my electronic swiper did not work and it was not even a week later they said it needed to be updated which does not make any sense so I don't believe they're very organized.

The customer service was great, I reserved my unit online went into the office the same day and got my unit in about 10 minutes. I moved into my unit the same day and the unit was very clean and the facility as a while was very clean.

Julissa was excellent to work with. She answered all of my questions and even advised me on getting a larger unit that was currently on special.

Everything is new and top of the line. Not one thing wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t great. Am very pleased I chose this place.
