They make you get insurance. They don't provide complimentary lock. They charged $30 sign up fee.

Had initial difficulty connecting with representatives. Once connected, the process was pretty simple. This is a large facility with multiple entry gates. It would be helpful if there was a space map to assist with which gate is appropriate for your unit or parking space.

Luis was amazing at scheduling time to showing me the unit, walk through the details of renting and providing ongoing representation after move in. Excellent customer service!
