Good service, there is a good amount of space to be able to move around when you have to move big furniture,

Facility is clean, security cameras every where, two hand carts to assist with moving things. Stairs are wide, clean and easy to use.

I need a place to put my stuff

You have to carry boxes upstairs to the entrance then downstairs to the basement units which is where mine is.

Just perfect love the help u get and make u feel very comfortabl . I can say its a defiantly a yee

The communication on how the reservation went, and to the day of actually signing the papers, it was just confusion about everything. Just hoping they get better with that skill

The only thing I had any issues with was the improper communication regarding where I was to go to sign the paperwork, and which facility my unit location actually was.

The contract signing when very smoothly. The loading dock made unloading the truck seamless. The facility is air conditioned, that makes the unloading very comfortable during the summer months. .

The staff is friendly, and they made many suggestions in an attempt to save me money. It is very clean and secure. I love the modified hand dollies they have to assist and expedite the loading / unloading process. The only two things I would change are to extend the accessibility hours and to be able to pay online.
