I liked everything about the move.

Robin was great and very helpful.

The only things I dont like is how hard it is to find and get an employee to help you, and how far my unit is from the door that I have to go in to get to my unit, because the door right by my unit is an exit only door that you cant initially enter the building thru. Its very annoying.

I was able to sign up and move in on the same day. They made everything quick and easy to do.

The employee that was at the facility was very helpful. I was super stressed out from missing my flight and he was patient and understanding.

Pricing is way too high it's clean it's easy to get into I like the online app other than price being way too high it's good

Had the size I needed, when I needed it.

The unit was clean and fairly accessible.

The only complaint I have it the lights in building F were not working we had to use flashlights to see.

Was easy to reserve abd do no-contact setup abd use of a unit. Smooth and quick.

Helpful and friendly service at front desk. Getting a unit was fast and easy.

I thought the insurance is optional but nope. I don't really need insurance coz my stuff are not really valuable. I'm trying to save some money but then I had to take the insurance for $15 a month for the 5x5 space. Instead of me paying just $34, it totaled $49. So, nope I'm not really happy about that extra charge.

Great place. They have great prices, great managers and lots of security. The only down fall is the units are all wood. Not very good in the PNW. All in all a great place for storage.

I've used this facility before and the ease of the rental process and friendliness of the office staff were a complete 180° compared to the last time I was here. I like the time that was given to me and the professionalisim that he presented. Keep it up..

Help was awesome!! but the units are very old and the doors on the individual units don't appear very secure even though they are locked. Pretty dingy inside the individual units. Probably doesn't matter but we have rented others around the area in better condition. Otherwise good system getting in and out of complex.

My experience with Ms.Ameitra was perfect she was very kind, professional, and patient with my needs.. If I ever have to come back I would be very grateful to have her help me again she's a wonderful employee....

Beginning with the 1-800 number I called, I was greeted with excellent customer service. Good unit at an economical price, friendly location manager. I would recomment this company to annyone.

Excellent service by Brian. As soon as I made my appointment online Brian called me immediately and I was looking at a storage unit within 20 minutes. The whole experience did not take longer than an hour and I went about my day.

I was extremely pleased with the service received @ Public Storage. Had previous rentals but none matched the service I received this time around. I feel that my stored items are well protected and the storage fees reasonable.............

We moved into this storage facility on 12/5/15. Compared to the several storage facilities we have had in the past, this is one of the nicer ones. They were thorough during the intake and wanted us fit with the best size for our needs and were not trying to upsell another size unit. We did notice a maintenance issue in the one we were assigned, someone immediately came to the unit to take a picture of what needed fixing, promised it would go into maitenance right away and asked if we wanted to relocate. Having already started moving in, we said no since they were going to fix it. Nice people - great senses of humor all around. It's early days - but we'll see.

I made my reservation on-line. Within a short time, I was contacted by the Public Storage agent and she told me that they were expecting me. When I arrived the next day at the storage facility, I was given a tour of the facility and viewed the unit that I had reserved. All of the paperwork was pre-printed for my review and signature. The entire process was fast and efficient and the Manager of the facility was friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable. I am very happy with my experience.

Great folks at this storage unit easy to work with them, willing to help find a solution even if not at their facility, go the extra mile for you in terms of finding something that works for you. paperwork was easy-peasy, and price/location was excellent

The service I received from Tina was above and beyond the call of service. The one complaint that I have is the true size of the unit. I rented a 10 by 20 and in the process of filling it up realized that the size wasn't right. The width is 9 ft 4 which is fine, but when you measure the length and it comes up 18 ft 2 inches, that's not ok. If you tell me it's a 10 by 18 and it's somewhat smaller I am ok with that, but not almost 2 ft smaller, that's not ok. Lets be fair with the sizing of the units 10 by 20 is 10 by 20 not 10 by 18 NIck Arnold

Overall, my experience with Public Storage has been good. After making reservation online, I visited the location chosen. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The only 2 negative things I can think of, are: 1. The cost of the cylinder lock was not discussed. When looking at the unit, I was told it can with a cylinder lock. Then when I went to pay for the unit, a cost of $17.99 was added to my bill. 2. I found 3 screws when moving into the unit and have found additional nails and screws in the area outside my unit every time I have gone there. We are talking a total of 4 times now. I mentioned it to the manager and she said she had just been transfered to that location and that she was in the process of cleaning it up. Hope this information is helpful.
