Nicole was a wonderful help and made process easy and simple and it was nice to be helped by someone as pretty as it hurt I think you should give her a raise my personal opinion she deserves it

Travis was very thorough and answered all questions clearly and quickly. I viewed the unit and we discussed insurance and billing and set everything up for payment pretty fast. I feel confident that my belongings will be secure at this location. The pricing was also very fair.

Definitely not the smoothest experience moving in. There was only one person at the office who would remind me over, and over and over again that it was her first day. Spent 20 minutes just finding the unit because she didn't know where the map of the facility was. Unit itself was fine and felt reasonable for the price.

Melissa and Alex helped me get settled in to my storage unit. The were both quite helpful and pleasant to work with! Thank you!

By the time most of us get to the storage we are all pretty tired, frustrated,stressed out and plenty of other things depending on the situation. My experience at this Public Storage was way above my expectations the young lady there named Melissa was so understanding of all of our needs and did everything she could to make everything as smooth as possible. She also tried to sell me everything in the store not because she had to but because she cares. I couldn't buy any now but I will get a mattress thing before I move it . Thanks Melissa !!!!!

Outstanding! The Melissa went completely out of her way to show me everything that I needed to know about the storage. She also gave me the option to get a storage closer to the door so it would be easier for me to move my stuff. 100% recommend ! Thank you Melissa!

The 2 managers, Heidi and Melissa were just great. Telling me the options and then I decided and everything worked out perfect. I was shown the unit and explained in detail about the lock and the insurance and the billing. Just great customer service.

I've never had to use a storage facility before. The team at Public Storage made it really easy for me, both over the phone, and when I stopped by sign up. They were happy to explain everything to me and answer my questions. Now it seems silly that I hesitated in the first place.
