I was happy to recently find this facility in Kent/Des Moines right outside of Seattle. I just moved to Seattle from Texas and needed storage. I rented a drive up unit which is awesome and was happy to see that the facility is fenced with controlled access. Price was far below anything else in the area. Winning!

First time in 60 plus years that I've ever had a rent a storage unit and Bethany, the manager, couldn't have made it any easier for me. She thoroughly explained my choices in unit sizes, prices, deals, locks, insurance, the app, as well how to protect my items. Very grateful for the extra room, and the great support.

Lisa was the kindest, most hospitable person I have ever encountered at any storage facility I have ever been to. She was a new employee yet still kept her composure through the challenge of learning the computer system and signing on new renters. She made me feel my belongings mattered and were to be cared for at this facility. Thank you Lisa! You really are a great asset to public storage and was the ultimate deciding factor on my decision to rent a unit.

The staff was very helpful and straight forward about avaliability, cost, and size i might need for my move in. Also the online services wil also help me keep track and pay in a timely manner.

She personally showed me the container and was quite professional. I highly commend and recommend her for promotion to upper management when such time arrives.
