Lots of crack heads, stuff broken into, management only cares about their image and screw everyone else!!! 100's of dollars in damages and didn't let me know my stuff was being broken into many times until weeks later

Bill, along with CJ, made our experience very pleasant. We had been looking for covered storage for our motorhome and happened to check back with Bill at this location. He advised he had one spot open and we could come take a look at it. It meet our needs and they were very helpful with getting us checked in and setup with the spot. Great customer service and I don't think it could have gone any smoother. Thanks again to Bill.

Reggie was awesome. He has awesome customer service he made the process easy for us and made sure the unit we're renting was good for us.I really appreciate him and I would recommend anyone to rent from public storage. The one thing I question is there doesn't seem to be a lot of cameras around. I do worry about people breaking in.

Believe there's too many junky vehicles in the back. Saw some people taking off tires and were working on a vehicle there toward dusk in one of the spaces. Wasn't sure if it was their vehicle or not. Assumed it was but this location didn't seem safe for me to leave in an open outside spot..

I went in to rent a storage unit to store my mother-in-laws things in while we transition her into an assisted living facility. Reggie at location 23211 was very helpful,courteous and went out of his way to make sure I received what I needed. All my needs were met and I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a storage unit.
