Public Storage - Kent - 27333 132nd Ave SE

Great place very low key, the price is phenomenal for a 10x30 unit which is normally in the mid $400 all the way up to $800 range. I'm paying nowhere near that now and I love it definitely recommend this place to anyone needing to store their things.

my unit and open it up there were leaves and dirt and massive cobwebs all over my storage I mean you had dirt and mud sticking to the walls inside and not just that but they're were rats running above in the rafters the wood on above my storage towards the roof I saw like seven or eight rats just over the top of my storage. I don't want to move storages but I think I need a new unit because this one is just it's not good I only have like two things in there right now cuz I'm afraid to empty my car cuz I don't want rats eating through my containers or my boxes cuz of sentimental value.

This by far is the best experience I've had with a storage facility! Tony was very helpful and answered all my questions plus more. I would highly recommend this facility for storage.

We had a limited amount of time to move so we got a storage unit here to pack our things away ahead of time. We are collectors and I was extremely nervous about leaving our stuff in storage (with all the horror stories about rats and break-ins in reviews for other places) but I really worried for nothing! We got a great deal with no pressure and the space we got was clean and dry with more than enough room. The woman who signed me up was very kind and helpful (I apologize I can't remember her name!). Tony was very friendly and great about communication and making sure we were happy. Great service, absolutely would store there again!

Tony gave the best help to me for getting a storage and his sense of humor is great I just loved it. You couldn't ask for a better employee for your business. I was there on Friday the 4th of Aug 2017.
