I always use U-haul but I feel like a few things could be better for my full customer experience. I was given my u-haul with only 1/8th a tank of gas so even though my moving schedule was tight, I had to immediately go and get gas. The dolly I paid for was forgotten. Luckily I was reimbursed. I think...

We rented a space for our daughter who is moving back from California. She was driving a 26' truck with two cars that were loaded. Our check in took about 20 minutes and we left with the keys and all the information we needed to allow them to unload the next day. Attendant was quick and went over the lease completely for us.

I buy storage units. They only allow us 48 hours to remove the units. I drive 400 miles to buy and have to rent units if I buy over 1 load.

Jay was friendly, acknowledged we were waiting when we came in and was very friendly...went through all the steps and made it fun...very friendly and funny...made the experience as pleasant as renting a storage unit can be...very clean facility...very professional but joked around some to keep things light...I would recommend this particular site to anyone in the Kent, WA area looking for storage - whether it be short or long term
