Public Storage - Kent - 8611 S 222nd Street

This is one of the best Storage units and facility that I've ever came across. The staff is great they make it so easy to rent online and go straight to your unit... I couldn't have ask for any better service. I will be recommending this facility to everyone who ask. 👍👍 Keep up the good work. Rmt

Needed a storage space right away and they had best price and closest to me

Price is great, conditions are poor. Lighting is so dim it's hard to see. There is a small double step into the hallway that is difficult to see. Safety would be better served if these steps were painted white or yellow to improve their visibility. The musty smell is so pervasive even with the outside door open for carrying things in, I had a massive headache by the time the truck was unloaded. When I went to the office at 3:45 on Saturday no one was there. The sign clearly says they're open until 5 pm. Staff was very helpful at rental meeting but nowhere when help was needed.

Super easy to rent from. Tess the onsite manager was GREAT to work with. She really respected my time, she showed me my options as far as units go. The paperwork was really easy to deal with.

Great place to store your precious things, safe, resonable and most of all live-on-site managers. Managers are very helpful, know your name whenever you visit your stuff.
