This place is out of date and Charges the same as somewhere up to date

The facility is good and has a relatively low price compared to other storages at eastside. The manager Carol is friendly and very helpful.

Easy to get to from 405, plenty wide enough to easily drive in a box truck or a trailer. Very easy and straight forward transaction. Great customer service.

Staff were very accommodating. Handy, nearby unit. Honored on-line special rate offer.

They provided a cart, had clean bathroom on sight. Front desk person was very polite.

I need the storage unit earlier that I had reserved and it and after looking at the 5'/5' unit that I decided I would need the 5'/10'. The staff was super friendly and never once made me feeling like I was being a burden by needing to change my unit size and move in earl. I'd highly recommend to anyone of my friends.

I really amaze how accurate the info given online and how they also didn't do the hidden fee and they explain everything clearly. The workers are so straight in giving the info and I totally love it!

Good location and clean units, wouldn't want to live in it but clean enough to store your stuff. Came with pallets to put my boxes on which was nice.

The property manager Byron was very responsive, efficient, and friendly. Unlike my terrible experiences with Public Storage, when I told Byron at Storage Court Moss Bay that I was in hurry to get to work, he expedited the process considerably while remaining very thorough! What's more is that even helped me find palettes to raise my boxes off the floor and carried them all to my unit for me! You just can't beat service like that. Period.

Carol was very friendly and efficient, walked me down to the unit and showed me how everything worked before I signed the papers. Mossbay was considerably less than other units in the area.

The price for this unit can't be beat! The facility was clean and the staff friendly. It's nothing fancy, but if you need a place to store your extra belongings, I would recommend them. The security seems good too.

The low rates combined with the second month free promotion made this an easy choice for me. Carol provided great service explaining everything to me and showing me the unit. Exactly what i was looking for!
