Move in process was quick and easy. Didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t have to go to onsite until the move in. The code provided worked at the entry gate. Only thing is I could not find the exit keypad. But if I hit the remote entry button on my app the gate opens and I can exit.

Easy on line process, clean facility, access code and paperwork done all on line in 15 minutes!

I'm very pleased with this place. The staff member was nice and I really like the location. There was a small glitch in that they never sent me a gate code and when I talked to the guy at the office, he didn't have one in the system either so he had to give me a temporary code. The situation has been resolved but it made move in a decent bit more complicated then it needed to be.

Site is clean, and staff is super helpful.

I've had my trailer parked at this location for years, and when I needed to vacate my covered parking spot early, Chris R did a great job helping me find another person who needed the space. I would be happy to use this facility again and I hope Chris R is there to help.

Helpful staff! I was guided through well to choose unit of proper dimension for my needs. Was also shown one size bigger & one size smaller units in case my current choice did not work out and the process of moving to a different unit within this facility was explained well. Awesome crew!

I enjoyed every aspect of using this property. It was clean and convenient but most of all the staff were over-the-top professional and helpful, especially Kei.

Everyone I dealt with was super great. Especially Chris and Liz. I needed a storage unit for 2 months while remodeling my house. I asked for a bigger unit, and was asked how much stuff I was going to put in it. They showed me a smaller unit which worked perfect and saved me $$. Would happily use again, if/when I ever need. Place is clean, plenty of carts avail as well.

Great experience with Public Storage. Was able to find space online and the manager called to confirm and enquired on how to help my move in. When I told him I was storing a boat on a trailer, he made sure that I got an enclosed storage site that was easy to back into. The manager was also very helpful when I arrived at the facility and had all the paperwork ready. He also took the opportunity to train a new employee on how to do things. Very efficient and friendly.

I dealt with a few different Public Storage locations, as a result of my move getting messed up. The staff (both managers at two locations) were so incredibly helpful and went out of their way to make a bad situation (not their fault) good again. I would whole-heartedly recommend Public Storage after this experience.

I was in a bad situation and travis helped me so much. He was great explaining all the paper work to me. He even called me when my sister needed to get into the unit. If i need another unit i would definitely get one here at redmond.

Fine experience. Could be cleaner.

I have to say they gals at this location are great and very accommodating. Even on the day of move we needed to change up locations so the truck could enter the property and they were able to help make this work for me. Really appreciate their hospitality.

I like how this place is straight forward and no-nonsense. However, they could use more dolly carts as they only have three to use, which sucks on the busy move days (Saturday, Sunday) during mid-day when everyone needs a cart. Other than that, it's no big deal.
