Public Storage - Kirkland - 12425 NE 124th Street

I moved my things into my storage unit on Saturday, February 1st, and the elevator DIDNT WORK. It made moving everything significantly harder and honestly made me reconsider even having a storage unit. This needs to be fixed asap. I canﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t move furniture upstairs by myself.

Ken at the Kirkland Public Storage was very knowledgeable about the storage units, insurance and all topics that were of concern to me. Decent. A little outdated and costly, even at the discounted price, but that's the way of things around this region, I suppose. Just feels like 1985 has rolled back around, but has lost some of its shine. Not likely to find an equal or better option for less in the area, however. Good selection of units. Seems safe enough. Nice staff, helpful, knowledgeable, friendly.

I have stored in multiple Public Storage facilities, and PS will always be my go-to storage facility.

I was recently injured in an accident. I need to move closer to the hospital for treatment anf the convenience. With the lack of housing available in the area. I had to place the majority of my things into storage. I found this public storage convenient and easy access to where I living. The staff is friendly, understanding, outgoing and very helpful in getting me into a unit quickly.

The facility is OK. Not as clean as I would like but is a storage unit after all. My big problem is the fee. It was raised this year by about 20 bucks which is about 7%. As soon as I can get a place for my stuff I am outta there.
