It has been many years since I needed some extra storage, but after some research bearing in mind my specific needs, location and services, I settled on this location as I simply need straightforward storage without extras (climate control). I was able to obtain all of the information I needed on-line, but was also contacted by telephone by "Jordan" who was most helpful. When I had my appointment to finalize my rental, I met with the very pleasant and professional "Scott" who was extremely helpful. The location is older and nothing fancy, but it is clean and easily accessible. One very pleasant aside was to find employees in this day and age that actually took time to explain the options and process with both professional acumen and pleasant demeanor. That made a huge difference to me, was most appreciated and certainly not taken for granted. If you are looking for straightforward, clean storage that is not climate controlled, this is a great value-for-cost option. Kudos and gratitude to Scott and Jordan.

Brandon was very helpful as we set up our storage. He showed us what was available there and also checked on other sized at locations close by. He offer the up sells, but was not pushy. The facility is well kept.
