I have 3 16 ft kayaks which will just fit on the diagonal and not cost a small fortune to store

Very easy transaction, done online confirmed via phone with a reminder email and phone call. Everything was ready to go. The staff is very pleasant and accommodating, I worked with Michelle who was professional, knowledgeable and super nice. Definitively would recommend!

Everyone is super helpful. The spaces are clean and the security looks to be fine. The only negative is that the storage space is a bit dank and I worry about mold/mildew. I don't know if there is a way to improve ventilation to mitigate this. ...Welcome to the PNW where mold/mildew are the regional flower...

The staff here are amazingly helpful. Deanna is always on top of any issues that come up (usually caused by me, not them), and call me up with friendly reminders if I've forgotten to do anything, or had a question. The storage units have also been ideal for my needs, and access has been excellent.

Deanna was super helpful, answered all my questions. Showed me different units based on my storing needs. Property was clean and well kept.

In the process of relocating out of state, we ran out of room in our truck. With very short notice, was able to find a unit at this location. Upon arriving the next day, we realized we needed a bigger space and Latricia and Deanna were incredible in finding us the perfect spot, getting us any deals they could find and making it a very easy process. One of the best Public Storage experiences I've had over the years.

The manager at the Public Storage I selected is exceptional. She was very helpful and friendly while being efficient and professional. She really helped make moving a little less stressful. I visited more than one Public Storage site before selecting this one. The staff at the others were okay but this person was exceptional.

Kimberly took the time to answer every question fully and not with just a simple pat answer. She provided great packing tips snd suggestions. Very professional and friendly, I will recommend Public Storage to others.

This company is on the top of my list for storage unit providers! I've rented previously and went with them again as their facility and units are clean, well-maintained, and have secure access. The office staff are friendly, helpful, and are eager to accommodate your needs. The facility I am currently renting from does have one drawback. Insufficient carts available, with carts not being well disbursed around the facility. The problem being that their are several entry points and sometimes the carts become clustered at one end which requires one to "seek and find". A bit of a time waster, but more of an inconvenience than a major problem. All said, I would still highly recommend this company for storage rentals.
