Dora helped me rent a unit at this facility a couple of years back and recognized me as a return customer. She helped me cut through the paperwork and took me on a tour of the site, providing updated work on the property and increased security to the various units. Dora is absolutely wonderful and Public Storage is lucky to have her.

Dora, the woman who checked us in was friendly, professional and efficient. She sold us some product as well and is a real asset to your organization. It was so easy to use the key pad and just drive up to our storage facility to unload our boxes.

Working with the website to get the storage unit that I needed was simple. It was nice to have the phone calls the remind me about the date. Customer service was great in person.

Public Storage was fantastic! McChelle in the office was so friendly and helpful. She showed us the size unit we were considering and made sure we had the relevant information we needed to make our decision. When we went in the next day, the gentleman working was just terrific! He got us a unit, showed us the most secure way to lock up and discussed all the safety features of the complex. We completed the paperwork and were ready to move in swiftly. Aside from being clean and secure, the prices are the best ones we've found. Totally recommend them! 10* stars!

Great Customer Service. I visited 2 locations. To get the right fit for my belongings. One on Wa-99 the other on Alderwood Pkwy. Both locations had great staff that got me the storage I needed and quickly. I recommend Public Storage.

Very easy online process to reserve storage unit saved time and eliminated the need to fill out a bunch of paperwork at the location.

I have had two experiences with Public Storage. I used the Internet to check for sites near my home. The website for both places says _nothing_ about the locks ($20 each with no buy-back) that you are required to buy to accommodate their storage security - different between the two Public Storage sites. Nor does the website say that you are required to use their insurance, even when your home owners insurance would cover your property in storage. All the website says is that additional fees _may_ [my emphasis] be charged. The sites themselves were clean and accessible. The personnel were pleasant. The monthly charges, however, varied considerably. At the first facility after seven months, I was to be charged a monthly fee of $80 for a 5x5 foot space. (I was told later that fees take competitors into account, and there was another non-Public Storage facility close by.) That is when I switched facilities. It is too soon to tell about the second facility, although I am starting out more impressed. The manager did listen to me complain about the above issues and 'comped' me the expense of a second lock. But we'll see how quickly and how much they raise their rates. Stay tuned.

Used a unit here for about 2 weeks. Capitalized on the special for first month discounted. Dora helped us set it up and get situated.

The mighty O was amazing and very helpful. I would recommend to all my friends and family. He has some of the best customer service in the state of Washington.

Found a deal online and signed up, was promptly called by O. (One of the property managers onsite) to set up an appointment. Went in the next day to fill out paperwork, worked with O again and he was very helpful, friendly and was very knowledgeable about policies, products etc and able to answer any questions I had. Made great suggestions on moving products but didn't push them hard on me as some people do which was nice. I did end up buying a couple things I hadn't thought of based on his recommendation. He had me in and out of there in about 20 minutes. Have been to more updated storage facilities and this place is a little cheaper plus the customer service makes this place worth it!

Not as modern as some of the other storage places in the area (wood floors, less 'sealed' than new units), but perfectly fine for most storage, and definitely the best prices for the area. Service is EXCELLENT - Dora was friendly, professional and knows what she's doing. Would have given 4 or 5 stars but they wouldn't let us park our truck close to our unit for a few hours. (It would block one of the two paths - cars would have to go 50' to go around.) I had hoped they would make an exception for a few hours. Still, great price so we'll deal with a little extra walking to use this place for a few months.

As a first time storage renter I really didn't know what to expect and so far the experience has been nothing but positive and gone off without a hitch. Will totally reccomend

The staff is always friendly and helpful every time I need to work with them. The units are clean and in good condition.

Building access codes were not written down for me when I signed up for the unit, only the gate access codes. After visiting the facility several times, I noticed the building doors (leading to inside units) left open for hours at a time with no one in sight. I realize it was the end of the month and a busy time, but the managers should track down the open doors.
