You can tell they're really working to update and upgrade the property. Lots of new paint, access was easy.

Loved the easy move in experience. No hassle, everything was taken care of online and ready for us when we arrived. Betty is outstanding, friendly, helpful just what I needed after a stressful trip.

The manager was great! She took the time to help me decide what size I needed and explained everything clearly.

Homeless people after hours were coming in and out carrying items

Everything was good except when I visited the next day after hours there were several homeless people milling about inside the gates. It creeped me out and I did not feel safe.

I've been a tenant for over5 years. Never had a problem that wasn't solved in 24 hrs. I highly recommend this location for anyone needing storage. Whether you're looking for long term, month to month, large or small, you'll find everything you need here. If your wondering about customer service, the on premise manager, Betty knows her stuff, and will serve your needs with respect. So glad I chose this facility!

When I arrived the manager knew exactly what I needed and was able to assist me with no pause. She was very helpful and genuine. I would recommend this location to others.

The price for this place is way easier to handle where as I was having to pay almost $40 more for my previous storage unit elsewhere.

I believe they are asking too much for how old it is. Friendly but somewhat dirty in places. Would recommend to a friend if cleaner. Might need some upgrades.

Only downside is trying to get help from the only one person who works there. I ended up paying more for my rental truck because I had to wait an hour for someone to show up.

Public Storage is my go to location for all of my storing needs. The spot in Lynnwood is conveniently located and easily accessible. Lori provides exceptional customer service and has been exteremely helpful with move-in process!
