Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m glad I got the unit, itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s at a good price, pretty clean. I did have to sweep it out before putting my stuff in, but overall worth it. What this facility offers is perfect for what I need.

Great Facility, Office staff is great

I liked this storage because it was cheap. The only thing that unsatisfied me is that due to COVID-19, there were no employees when I arrived there. But smartphone enrollment was pretty nice.

It was my first time renting a storage unit and it went very well

I recently completed the process to rent a space from Stephen and Deanna at Property #20605. I found the whole experience to be pleasant and hassle-free. Both Stephen and Deanna were pleasant, friendly, and very professional. I like the fact that the gate is always closed and there are camera and lights all around. My current storage facility leaves the gate open all day and,m consequently, has experienced vandalism and break-ins. I think I am going to pleased that I chose this facility to store my things.

Clean storage units and facility. Decent prices. Suggestion: switch your incandescent light bulbs in the units to LED and pass the utility savings on to customers.

It was a very easy process to get the storage unit. the onsite manager was efficient, courteous, and helpful with the explaination of prices and rules.

Manager in this location was professional and courteous. Space is convenient to move on.

Prompt service - Julie and Stephen were on top of everything. Made a reservation with the 800 number and received a call from Stephen within about 5 minutes of completing my call. At check-in Julie was very helpful in getting me all setup quickly so I could be on my way.

Came in to make my payment and Stephen, Julie and April are an awesome team. Always smiling, property nice and clean. Always so helpful when I come in thank you so very much for everything. Wouldn't rent anywhere else.

Overall good customer device and clean facilities. But I was very put of that they would not accept my insurance coverage and required me to purchase theirs in order to rent a space.

The lady who helped me was great, thanks, just can't recall her name at the moment.

The person helping me in the office was friendly and helpful. I like your location, prices, and I'm happy with the size and condition of my unit. Having drive up access was important to me, and I have it.

Impressed with the staff,very professional,jodie was awesome! This is the first time needing to use a self-storage and was a little skeptical about the whole operation, but going through all the details, fees and security I found the perfect place for my belongings and if needed in the future I will choose Public Storage.

The Public Storage on 182 nd and off hwy 99 is a very nice secure place and the manager Jodie is very nice and on her job. Everything is real cool except the price is high. A '5 by 7' is $104 a month with tax. That's too high priced for me. It shouldn't be more than $40 to $45 a month. You also need a round lock. But otherwise everything is real good.
