I have been with this facility for over a year. Anytime I have a problem, going to be a little late on payment or questions, Rachel is always so helpful, so quick to respond, always has a resolution for me, never get a "I'm not sure ..." and is always so friendly when I see her. If she isn't in the office laughing and being so kind and welcoming to the customers, she's always sweeping or wiping down elevators and bathrooms. She is the main reason I have stayed even though I have moved 3x further away from the unit that I started at and the prices have gone up considerably. I just don't want to go to a different storage place and lose Rachel as my go to helper. She's the best! I wouldn't stay there if she wasn't there. I have 4 other storage facilities literally on the same main road I live on between here and my house. I could easily move my stuff in one afternoon to be 30 seconds from my house in a closer facility and have all my things closer to me but that means I wouldn't have Rachel to call if I need help with something.

Very clean, secure atorage. Dollies available for use as well as a truck (haven't used it yet). Reasonable price for what you get.

Secure and clean. I just move a few boxes in so far but it is a very nice facility.

Squeaky clean, modern, climate-controlled, good lighting! Love the one-time free use of the moving truck. We'll definitely use it when we clear out our unit, and it's a reasonable price for other uses. Staff is friendly and efficient. It feels very secure.

Very friendly staff. Very personable and welcoming. Not what I was expecting for a storage facility. Not sure what I was expecting but it wasn't someone that treats you as a family member and/or friend, not just a client.

Everyone I've spoken to here has been very friendly and helpful. The building seems very secure and I feel comfortable having my belongings there. They made it very easy to get set up and moved in. I was worried getting a storage unit would be a bit of a hassle, but I was pleasantly surprised.

Very modern, also I'm not missing the security gate a lot of storage properties have. I like how modern and the colors of the building are inside and out. I have a personal issue with orange and red are not welcome colors for bussiness. Solar power is great and really keeps the building fresh for all our stored goods.also under the windows these vents open up and a natural cooling is created.

Please sure and check their website for discounts/coupons because they will not tell you about it when you sign the forms. Otherwise a very nice storage place. Squeaky clean, and a delight to move stuff into. Only hitch is that it closes at 10pm.
