I've had storage units every year for 20yrs, and have never been forced to pay for insurance for one before. Doesn't sit well with me. Units also a bit pricey. Customer service at my location was great tho.

Every time I go into public storage here in smokey point Shannon always goes above and beyond for her clients making sure evwrything is in order and to our satisfaction. Barbara was a gem. Super fast and efficient. The location is very safe, and the staff are kind and helpful. We showed up with a truck full of stuff and were able to move it right in. We even got a great deal moving in.

For the most part it was a success. $20 to buy a lock is a little ridiculous though.

Friendly, secured gates, secured doors to your storage unit, secured locks. I feel safe with my things stored here. Easy access, worked with me to get into a place fast. Easy access off of I-5, What more can I say. Shannon is amazing person!! Friendly, out going, willing to work with you and answered all my questions!

Good personnel at the site, good location for us, good facility and helpful personnel, had the extras we found we needed when we moved. I would recommend this facility to anyone who asks.

I would like to give Ian a big thank you for all his help on the 10/05/15. I got lost coming to get our unit and called. He gave me directions that got me right there. He even stayed after closing since I was in route there. Thank you very much Ian. :)

Public Storage is my first choice in short and long term storage needs.

But I do suggest brighter lights where my storage z there's not enough lighting and kinda wet in there but other than that it's good :)

I put my stuff in storage, easy. Took my stuff out. Only issue I had was being bothered by the manager twice for the same stupid thing. Policy said be out of the storage area by 9pm, I was out at 9pm twice, and got reminder calls from them to remind me of the rule of being out by 9pm, I confirmed with her that I was out on time and not late leaving and she confirmed. I don't see the point of being reminded of a rule if your following the rule. It would be like a cop pulling you over while your going the speed limit to remind you to go the speed limit. Just a waste of my time and theirs.
