We were in a rush and the office person helped us through very quickly. The unit was clean, locks and dehumidifier packets were available. The express check out online had been explained to us prior to arrival so registration was especially easy.

Great facility. Manager is super sweet and very helpful. She always follows up when we take our RV out. Just rented another space to help get rid of some clutter prior to a move. She was very helpful.

Very nice personnel and manager. Very helpful to get us into a smaller unit. While moving boxes..manager did routine inspections of the place with friendly chats. I noticed the trailer/ storage area is also clean and well kept. Nice place.

Sue was our person to get everything done. She was friendly and had herself well organized and seemed to really know her business. She helped us find a storage unit and the right size to fit our needs. She also suggested items that might be good without pressuring us into buying. Wonderful experience.

Good Old Public Storage. Came through when I could not find anything in the area. Through the online system I was able to snag the LAST unit in my size. Sue was fast and honest very polite. cupcakes

Today I work with Sam! She was awesome! Help me find the right unit for my needs! Most importantly I didn't have to wait long for perfect customer service even though the was a customers ahead of me. Sam was quick, courteous, and kind! I highly recommend this Public Storage!

I needed a place to move boxes out of my garage ASAP in order to organize it. I made a call to Public Storage and they helped me with no questions. That night I had finished exactly what I wanted to do and more. They made it super easy to get the storage I needed wroth no pain.

The site manager was great. Not only helped us register but checked on us during our unloading to see if we had any problems.. Easy to get to the unit and unload. Very well lit and secure. A bit too much paper work but that's to be expected.

It was very nice of management to make an exception for me to have 24hr access to my unit for the particular day I needed to move. Without that, I would not have been able to take it. Everything is clean and accessible and I feel safe there late at night as the gates are locked etc. Nice ladies working the front as well.

Rented a 10 by 30 storage unit for a really good price. Then less than 12 months later when I had everything moved into the unit and committed, they raised the monthly few by over 20%. Pretty unacceptable and of questionable sales tactics.

Staff is very friendly and goes through the paperwork with you in a knowledgeable and friendly manner. Facility is clean and I feel safe there.

I started this once before and had PC problems. In short your staff did an excellent job of explaining how everything works, what was expected of me, and what I can expect from them. It was very refreashing to have everything explained up front.
