The person who helped with the online rental stated we needed to except the renters insurance before we could proceed. That was not the case and trying to get my refund. I told him I had my own insurance

This is in a very convenient location. Staff was extremely accommodating and friendly. Facility is very clean! Highly recommended this location.

Bigger than I expected. Great price. Little bit tricky to figure out how to get inside for the first time. Otherwise all good :-)

It's so secure and safe. And CLEAN! The best Public Storage location I've ever been to.

My apologies for not finishing on time but one thing that makes it more difficult is when you have a third floor storage unit and the elevators are broken down. Both days trying to move in were severely hindered by the inconvenience of having to haul everything up three flights of stairs for several hours during both of those days. For the amount of money being paid for those units and part of the reason for renting the unit was because the facility had elevators to the upper floors so someone would expect that those elevators are actually operational for use. It seems like all of the renters who were inconvenienced over the past two days by having to use the stairs and there were several should receive a reduction in their unit rent for the month. I think that would be fair.

My biggest issues are I don't have 24 hours access and there are not hand trucks available all operating hours

So I'm a disabled elderly female. There is NEVER any carts but a couple. Leaving me to drag my few items. The facility is ALWAYS DIRTY staff helps when they can. Then they upped the rent. Needless to say I moved my storage to another facily and so very happy.

We visited Public Storage on Stoll Road in Olympia, WA. We were quite frustrated with finding options that met our needs. Ian took time with us to clearly explain what was available and the related price for the units. It was very reassuring to talk to a person who was so knowledgeable and considerate. We will definitely use this storage facility again when the need arises.

The location was good and easy to find. Facility was new and clean. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Super easy to reserve online. And thereﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s a phone app you can use to open the gate and use the elevator. You donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t even have to punch in a code. Saves time and is super useful.

I was helped by a wonderful young lady, Lena, who walked me through the whole process, SHe made me feel like a family member and not just a customer.

The facility is very clean and the management staff is very helpful and friendly. I especially felt very comfortable with their policies and procedures in the midst of the pandemic.

The workers were so helpful and nice, the customer service was definitely very good even under these circumstances. Made it a pleasant experience

I personally love public storage. The people are always polite and respectful. They are also helpful and kind. The building is always clean and tidy. Everyone smiles and greets you as you walk in or on the phone.
