Smartstop Representative Taylor was friendly, helpful and efficient. Excellent service! The facility also is modern and not run down like some storage places. The only thing I would complain about is the substantial increases is rental prices every six months if not sooner.

It's necessary to switch storage facilities frequently, as they always have huge increases in rates a few months after moving in. This facility has good initial move in rates and specials. And easy move in process makes it not such a hassle. All units on ground floor with easy access. This is the second time I've rented a unit here. Hopefully the special rates will last at least a few months.

I would recommend sparefoot as a good place to rent a storage unit. The facilities are clean, easy to get around in. The folks in this site are knowledgeable, treat you with respect. Make sure you understand how the facilities works guides you as needed.

Sign up was easy. After selecting one, I decided to change to another unit. Staff was so accommodating and helpful. Enter, opening the storage unit and exiting is so easy. The lock system on the unit is one that is very secure and almost impenetrable. The room is clean and odor free.

Joe was so accommodating and saw that we understood all the information relative to renting the unit. Moving in was easy. The 10x10 afforded us plenty of room. What was so helpful was showing us how to use the lock. The storage room was so clean and absolutely no bad smells.

I found out that I will be required to have insurance on my stuff in my storage unit. This is not needed I am storing stuff that has a value of under $200.00. This is not cost effective for me and I will be looking for another unit somewhere else in the next 30-90 days.

They were very helpful, and tried to ensure my best interests were met. I was presented with exactly what I was looking for in size and convenience. The price was quite reasonable and what I was looking for. The unit was clean, secure, and inside yet easily accessible. The place seems reasonably secure; completely fenced with one gate. The single gate is near the office where attendant can see all entrants.
