Pros: Customer service was pleasant. Rental process was super easy. Month to month; no lease required. Automatic withdrawal payment option makes payments easier. It's in a residential neighborhood on a quiet dead end road. 24 hour access to your unit Cons: Has zero curb appeal, the landscaping has been seriously neglected. The 24 hour access is possible because the main gate is so overgrown with weeds and vegetation; I'm not sure it could be closed. The fact that it is surrounded by homes in quiet residential is neighborhood is your only security; hoping if someone sees something they'll say something. If there is ever an issue, it will have to be resolved with a phone call as there is no local office, it's all done at a remote location.
