The initial price is very good, but you have to pay for mandatory insurance which raises the price to a third more than what I was comfortable paying.

I came in to finalize my reservation for a unit just moments before closing and the wonderful staff at Extra Space storage helped me and stayed until the paperwork was complete. Their units are clean as well as the facility as well...I couldn't have found a better location to store my things!!

I've rented storage units for many years and this by far the cheapest I have found. I reserved my unit online with no problems. The paperwork can be done remotly. The facility is nice and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful.
