Need more hand cart be but is still great place to storage your things

Facility is very clean and staff very helpful made the whole process quick and easy

Robert was a great help. He helped me with checking in and explained everything to me.

Lots of pros such as great customer service (especially Roberta) and available dollys and carts. The storage door will slowly creep down which is the only con making it hard to pack.

They were very helpful and made sure to tell you everything that was needed see n to it that you found your unit.thank you

They were very sweet and helpful in the office. Facility is well maintained, and there's cameras everywhere, which is great for peace of mind knowing that someone is watching out for your belongings.

I was able to take care of the reservation online. I recieved a call shortly after to verify my reservation and I was able to complete the transaction online since I was unable to get to the facility before the office closed. Very quick and easy process. Facility seems safe and secure and overall cleanliness is good. I hope to keep my boat here for a long time

Good with excellent customer service

Avoid this place like the "plague". We were building a house and decided to use Gotta Store it. We used their services for the last 16 months. After 2 months we noticed rat feces. Notified the office. Their response was to contact our insurance. Rat infestation was not covered by renters insurance. Front office then said they will lay traps and request a copy of our key so they could monitor. They place sticky traps which did a great job catching rat droppings but no rats. Over time the infestation worsened. Our couch, chairs, dinning room table/chairs, canvas children's photographs, and daughters mattress/box spring ruined with rat feces, urine, and chewed. Contact the front office again and their response was to contact the insurance. Once again insurance does not cover this damage. Talked to Jeff who basically said there was nothing they could do because we didn't their additional insurance. So, if you care at all about your belongings DO NOT USE Gotta Store It.

Renting a 10x20 unit was clean and very fast

Gotta Store it was one of the most reasonably priced units. They give you an awesome move in discount without requiring a set amount of time. All you need to do is give them a heads up when you choose to vacate. Customer service was superb and thorough. Security is top notch also and you can't beat fully heated units. I would definitely recommend them.

Only thing free truck wasn't talked about when I rented unit
