Hands down the best customer service I have ever had the luck of receiving. Toni was fantastic and the friendliest person. She was helpful and the place was clean and got through all the paperwork fast. Five star all the way. I would give more if I could.

The onsite manager was amazing and friendly and very helpful! The facilities looked clean and free of rats!

The process was great but my only gripe is the 9:30 to 6 only gate times. I'm use to 24/7 at my other storage units.

Toni was very helpful in ensuring we were getting the correct size storage unit. She also had various items in stock to help protect your mattresses, tv's, couches and so forth. Prices are very reasonable for the size unit you choose, and the gate hours are perfect for all type of schedules for people.

I just left there and had an awesome time meeting and speaking with Toni. She was so very helpful and was a joy to meet. My brain exploded with fireworks after I saw how cheap it was also. Love the place and Toni :) definitely would recommend this place

Toni was an amazing worker and she was very kind and patient! When we entered the building, there were so many fireworks as a welcoming gift! I would recommend coming here again if we need any help with putting things in storage.

I had great customer service from Toni once again. She's super helpful and knowledgeable. Gave us a live update on upcoming available units so my wife and I could transfer our storage unit. She gets my vote for best cupcake of the month.

It would be nice to have hand trucks, dollies, folding platform trucks or pallet jacks available for moving multiple items to the storage space.

only thing i was concerned about was the fact my unit was not the same size advertised and it did not have a roll up door which the phone center said it did. i took the unit because i had no choice in the matter for the price toni was great she took good care of me and made me feel welcome cudos to her
