Would 100% recommend. Place is very clean and staff are very friendly.

It's a bit far as I live in city center Tacoma, but the best price with a secure gate and staffed was ideal for me.

Have rented several storage units in the past and really liked the value this location offers and the ease with which I checked in and received access to my unit. This space has automatic keyless entry on the buildings and is pretty easy to maneuver. Very satisfied with the value. My unit however has a roll up door that wont stay up and had some batting in the back of the unit that had fallen away from the wall. Seems like these two things should have been attended to in preparing the unit for a new occupant.

This is my first time renting a storage. I could not view the sizes online so I drove to the location. The lady at the front desk was so warm and friendly. She walked me to the empty room to review the space and there was no pressure to rent there. I booked online the next day and moved all of my things in.

Process was so easy. Would definitely recommend.

I came in to the store after having issues setting up my unit online. When I came in I was greeted by Desi, not only was she super helpful and she helped me trouble shoot the problems but when we could not figure out what happened she set everything up for the nxt week so I would not loose my unit.

The longest part of my entire move was hunting for my unit. The email that says "how to find" didn't actually tell me anything other than how to open the door of the unit and the entry code for the gate.

It's very clean. Got help right away. She knew exactly what was needed with only couple questions. Very friendly. I'd recommend this place to friends an family. Thank you for a pleasant experience.

First let's start off by thanking Lisa an incredible customer service rep they got me the location and the price and the discount that I deserved being a US service member. Not to mention how easy the entire check-in process was as well as how well laid out the floor plans where to access the storage

A very secure feeling storage place that is a good deal for what other storage places have you pay. A little hard to use the code machine to enter as the machine is on an incline but haven't had any complaints yet. Also remember have a lock ready when you buy your unit.
