The place was easy to find. The manager on duty directed me to the parking spot for my pickup. Where I parked my pickup is close to the gate, which is a big plus. I am quite sure my pickup will be safe there.

Customer service is exceptional. I left my number and asked to be called if the access hours changed along with the COVID restrictions. Immediately after the access hours changed. I was called and given the requested information. I do wish access hours were changed still to be later in the evening since my unit is a parking space for my boat. Sometimes i do not get out of the water until late and if I miss the access hours I have nowhere to store my boat.

For your outdoor vehicle storage, you have some missing options, sports vehicles like ATVs Sidebysides and Snowmobiles don't have a place to be categorized.

The girl who helped me was super friendly. Had a nice little chat during my move in appointment. She was pretty busy but made a point to make all her customers smile. My day was pretty rough at the start and she totally cheered me up. Even when one customer started to be a jerk she maintained a professional attitude and didn't let him bring her down. *Ashley your a super star. Thank you for a great encounter today.
