Not a stellar facility, not a poor or even mediocre one either the facility is adequate, cleaner than most of the storage places of similar vintage. The lady at the desk is where the difference lies. Open, engaging, sublimely competent made the entire experience easy and almost enjoyable

Customer service was excellent with the fixed rental price. Office manager was very helpful and she provided additional help and information I needed to complete my rental agreement.

Gate hours are awful. Make sure that you're aware of them before you move in. You can only access your unit from 10a-2p on Sundays, only until 6p on weekdays. My unit price increased from $75 to $175 after 3 months, so be ready for that, too.

Joelle was very helpful and attentive and kept my reservation open while I worked out some issues with getting a trailer ready to transport. Trailer storage area was a little scruffy, but hey, the rates were great.

Great place love it and affordable

Had a last minute Boat storage emergency, called after hours and was connected to a answering service. Thought for sure I was getting set up for “extras”, was completely wrong. Received a friendly call in the am to confirm and was in & out in less than 45min with the Boat secure. Manager was awesome gave me a tour, zero B.S. fees walked away feeling I underpaid! Friendly place to stash treasure!!

Nice for a storage facility in Puyallup WA.

I ran late when I made the reservation through Sparefoot. I had to go the next day. I was highly stressed as I moved out the night before and my belongings we're scattered amongst friends places and loaded in their vehicles. The facility was in the middle of changing their computer system out for a new one and stopped and helped me in the middle of their process. They could've had me wait or come back later but instead, they created a smoothe sailing experience to which I was finished in no time and getting to moving in. It was a hassle for those guys but they didn't hesitate to help me in my time of need. I highly recommend them to anyone needing self storage. They know the storage business and are very efficient customer oriented professionals Thanks guys!

I stumbled upon this place. The staff was great . Very helpful. I am going to move my other items from a different storage to this storage. The price is better, the employees are more informative, really look out for your best interest and the best deal possible. Only con was there is no 24 hour access and in my line of work and having a child evening hours work out best for me. That would be the only reason I switch to another storage company. I will still be looking for a place with 24 hour access and valued just like this place but for now I will stay here until I find a place with those options. But I'm happy with what I found and very pleased with the customer service.
