The website said I would contacted within 24 hours, and I was! The customer service was great, the gentleman that helped me even had great sense of humor.

My only gripes are that it does not have 24 hour access and the isles are a little tight to maneuver a 20+ foot moving truck. A little annoyed that I had to buy a special cylinder lock for my unit instead of using my own pad lock. Other than that the customer service is top notch and the units are very clean and sturdy. They assure that the special locks adds that much more to security. Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s also out of the way with zero day to day traffic
