Public Storage - Redmond - 15510 NE 90th St

The spot I rented was for 16ft boat storage. There was no diagram available for the storage area and the spot I was given was extremely hard to get a boat into. Could not back the boat into it attached to the car. This is also a high traffic storage place. Lots of foot traffic coming and going through the gate.

My phone died as I was moving all my stuff in it was 9 pm when they close my friend got me a charger and plugged in my phone inside I didn't know she did this until we both were standing outside the building. We called on her phone any number we could get for public storage even got an after hours number. All OF THEM JUST WENT TO VOICEMAIL. THEY DIDNT EVEN CALL BACK UNTIL AFTER 9 AM THE NEXT DAY AND WAS NOT APOLOGETIC NOR SURPRISED WE WERE LOCKED IN FOR OVER 3 HRS AND ONLY DID WE SET UP ANOTHER ACCOUNT TO GET THE CODE TO LEAVE PAST THE GATE ON HER PHONE Luckily JUST SECONDS BEFORE HER PHONE DIED BUT I HAD TO LEAVE MY PHONE THERE OVERNIGHT. THEY SHOULD HAVE A CALL OUT PHONE FOR EMERGENCIES LIKE THIS OR at least answer the after hours calls. Everything else was fine and moving in was a breeze

The gate code works well. Cannot get the second, three-digit code to work on the interior of storage building. Not clear why code does not work there. Will follow up with staff to clarify.

As someone who manages client service teams, I know excellent service when I see it. Your Property Manager called me back within minutes of making my reservation thru your call center. He was friendly, professional and set everything up in minutes. When I went on site, the location was safe, clean, climate-controlled, and really perfect for what I needed. The Property Manager, Tyler, was excellent. Friendly and accommodating at every turn. Honestly rarely seen such good service. I will use Public Storage for all of my future storage needs.

Originally thought I would be paying about $60/mo. But it turns out they require you to get insurance, and with other service charges I'm paying over $80/mo. This is more than I expected or wanted to pay. I am happy with the storage service and staff though.

Travis at public storage helped me get settled in to my unit with professionalism after a cross-country move. We set up an appointment I was a little bit late he waited for me. He was extremely informative and helpful. I found the facility clean well lit and secure. My niece recommended this facility and I would recommend this facility to anyone who has storage needs. Staff could not be more helpful !
