The online reservation system held the unit until I could complete the process which the staff kindly monitored. Convenient location and the unit was easy to access. Complex grounds were clean and picked up.

You open the gate and people drive behind you without typing the code and if i do it the employee come and tell me to wait and that's weird

Laura, the Lady on duty was fantastic! Only thing I didn't like was the advertisement about $1 for 1st month, which is a blatant lie. The advertisement fails to mention at certain locations!

Storage prices were high, I would have love to see a storage option for two cars.

Cora at the Renton Uhaul made things so easy for me and stress free! Such a positive attitude and had AMAZING customer service!

These guys are very nice and are wonderful at helping w/ your needs etc.. It would be great if access hours to units daily were a little later. All in all it's a great place!!

It would be cool if you didnt have to get out of your vehicle to open the gate to exit.

No door stops for the doors, someone is needed to hold the doors open or use a box to keep door open even on the inside of storage general area. I understand on the outside door but inside it would have helped. Also many of the lights over head were out so it's dark in the hallways.

Made a reservation online, on day of move received a phone call to confirm my request. I stated I was just getting ready to come up and check that all was a go, during the phone call I was informed that the confirmed locker was not available. Could I come anyway and look at a different one... then I can only use a cylinder lock? And it's $19.00. WOW let's just state what the other rules are up front so we know the real cost each month

The manager was very knowledgeable and very friendly and also very helpful.

Great customer service. Jerome is very friendly and nice, he took his time to show us around our unit and explain the policies. We made a good choice renting a space at this location. We recommend!!

Very clean, well maintained, and happy faces. Warming invites, and great with everyone that walks through the door, from mine and my spouse's experience. Kinda felt like they were family. I know not only I will be safe while on their property, but my things will be safe too. More than outstanding management. Explains why the crew is so amazing. Takes amazing to know amazing, ya know. Glad I chose this location. Thank you guys, for merely being yourselves. Something a lot of people in this world have forgotten how to do. ?????? You get my #1 rating. Keep shinning!!

Very pleasant interaction with the manager and easy access to delivering my storage items.

The online experience of reserving my unit was user friendly and easy. The staff at the site: Was friendly; Was prepared to meet with me; Was courteous and helpful; She provided me with a tour; She provided me with a preview of my unit; She helped me find a bigger unit after I explained the initial 5 x 5 unit reserved would not work for me; She explained the contract to me; and Overall customer service experience was EXCELLENT!! Answered all my questions; and provided an overall excellent customer service.

Laura at Public Storage is incredibly helpful, kind, and efficient! It makes me want to say, "Hi," to her each time I go to my unit. I feel like if I ever have an issue, Laura will take care of it immediately. I like that each customer has his/her own door code.

Pubilc storage has easy and reasonable prices, customer service is as excellent that it can be.

It was nice to recive a new spot for my boat the old one did not work do to other items parking in the area. My big disapointment is the price went up for just moveing four stalls over. The on site staff was nice but I am not happy with the added cost for no real reason
