Clean, convenient and great price!

I am so impressed with the cleanliness and safety. It was very easy to get the unit and the staff was very helpful.

Big facility, reasonable price, accommodating staff-good experience!

Mostly great service and great facility. Last time I rented a space my unit was on an outside wall that leaked and some of my things were water damaged. The other minor issue is some of the building entry doors are kinda beat up and sometimes difficult to manage. Otherwise I am pleased with service and facility.

Great friendly staff, clean facility. Definitely somewhere I would recommend to others.

Everything is great except the lighting, can't see anything in my unit to put things in it.otherwise it's wonderful

I'm completely satisfied with the storage space. I didn't catch the name of the lady at the front desk but she was super helpful and friendly and I find the space entirely satisfactory and the price very reasonable. I checked several other storage spaces before this one and chose this one cuz it was reasonably priced and clean and friendly.

Convenient location, friendly staff. Was disappointed in having to rent larger storage area due to location of 10x10 not being a true size. I think it is expensive, but necessary st this time.

I had stoppped by Factoria Mall location and told Carrie that I needed a parking place for an extra vechicle that I needed parking for. Just over a weewk later she called and told me a spot had suddenly come open. I was able to stop at the office at a agreed upon time. She provided a friendly and courteous experience even though she had other customers coming in and demanding her time,

I am writing this review on behalf of Jamila. She was very helpful in explaining the contract to me before taking me out to show me the storage rooms. She gave me one month free rent. I find her to be very experienced and efficient. I hope she will still be around next time I go there to rent storage.

Just got set up a few days ago and it was great. Everything was easy and straight forward. Customer service was great and I don't foresee any issues when dealing with the property or staff. Good value and service!

My husband and I recently moved and are renting a unit at Public Storage. Great customer service when we checked in and very clean and secure facility. We are very happy!

The Renton Public Storage is by far superior to Kent Easthill off 256th st. The 256th St. location had excuse after excuse when I asked to have the door replaced to my unit. All they ever gave me was excuses, i.e. that they rent/lease the space from another owner who is responsible for any damage or repairs to the bldg structures, not Public Storage. I stated not my problem as I rented the space/unit/bldg area from them, not the land/bldg property owner. Nothing was ever resolved. The gals who work the property smoke in the bathroom, so it really smells bad. I would not recommend using this facility to anyone. As for the Renton location at 44th ave exit off I-405, I'm very pleased with our indoor 10x10. Property appears much better and the unit door closes and seals the unit off from the exterior as it was designed. The only thing I would gripe about is that the salespeople at all Public Storage locations try to imply through aggressive tactics, that you are obligated to show proof of or you must purchase Public Storage insurance in order to rent a unit. Not being a dummy, I questioned this after reading the contract thoroughly and was unable to find anything related to the fact new renters must have or purchase Public Storage insurance or show proof of your own insurance. These tactics may work on some people, but if this practice is kept up, I could easily see someone taking them to court and winning. Not a good practice folks. If you want more money, raise storage fees. When people get tired of that option, they will move elsewhere. My thoughts dictate that Public Storage wasn't forced into doing business as a storage facility with the public, just sayin'

Vera and Se did an excellent and professional job in making sure we had a secure storage space for our vehicle. Vera insured our contract was in order and met our needs.

Although I only used the locker for a month, I had a very good experience. I would happily recommend this place to others.

I found the experience so enjoyable because is Vera at the renton washington complex. She has been so helpful!!!

Vira is a wonder. She makes the hassle of moving/storing, etc almost painless !!
