Everything was real easy to do And the lady that runs the place is really super sweet

I already responded with my review. The person who originally answered the phone with Spare Foot?? Didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t answer my questions properly and I had to switch to the Kent location. The on-site person in Renton was much more knowledgeable and very helpful. I have not spoken with or met anyone at the Kent location.

Great price and itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s bigger 25 feet. Bigger than other.

I was looking for additional storage and after a lengthy search I found this storage facility. It was perfect and very easy to do the reservation and final paperwork via the web site. Convenient keys inside the storage unit meant I could start immediately and that was important.

Tracy was so helpful and friendly. She greeted me with a smile and enthusiasm even though it was close to closing time she didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t rush me nor did she seemed rushed in assisting me.

Pricing good for long term storage for our truck. Was able to get an Uber to airport no problem. Security appears to be good.

I appreciate the manager of this location Jane for her help. She goes the extra mile in helping me get a parking year after year. I also have full confidence in the security of this location. Thank You Jane

Jane was very helpful and friendly. Could not have asked for a better rental experience. My only suggestion would be to have the lunch time listed on the door. When we showed up the office was closed but the hours stated someone should have been there. Later we found out Jane had gone to linch.

Great storage facility and staff!

Place was clean and secure. Good lighting and security system. Manager was professional, polite and helpful.

Jane is so great I rented 2 storages from her.. very professional!

I used to hate the management at this location.... rude and unprofessional at best with a high horse.... now we got Jane and she is the gold standard of customer service.... I rarely ever rate anything either good or bad but jane deserves to be recognized .... if your looking for storage space with courteous and go out of there way service choose this location ....

Public Storage has locations everywhere. I had no problem finding one close on line and scheduling a time to meet with the manager and determine what would fit my needs. Pete was great. Very informative and professional he quickly got me setup with what i needed.

I have never used a storage of any company before, there are numerous storages in the vicinity and a couple of PS not far from each other, I decided to go with PS and I went online to reserve me a spot. When I got to the facility, the manager explained what I needed to know and he was easy to consult with.

I checked on like where public storage unit available and the decent size. And their was on near me so I booked it and where there to see how unit looked. Uptown my area lady counter was helpeful showed me the unit and it was a perfect size. So it took it. But I wish the price wasn't that high for a small unit, I think that size should be at least $50 no more. But unit was great to store my stuffs because just moved into and apartment with no storage.

Needed storage solution at the last minute, made online reservation and was moved in the next day! Managers reserved, but professional and helpful. Unit was clean, both lights worked etc.

Lots of convienent locations, fair prices and friendly staff.

Setting up an appointment was a breeze. Manager on duty was warm and friendly. Only disheartening thing I noticed was a small rat trap in the unit.
