Keep coming back to this particular place for my storage needs. Have used it 4 or 5 times now.

Made a reservation and it was useless. The office was closed and it was 4 pm and I showed up with my uhaul. I called and called and called left a voicemail nothing. Never recommend this crummy place.

I like how the hours the gates are open but it really stinks that the office is completely closed.

The unit I ended up renting is obviously an older unit (door hard to open) but very clean and well care of. The staff was wonderful with helping me rent for the first time. She helped me get the right size and made the paperwork quick and easy .

Nice place pricing a little high has security gate so can't really complain.

Happy to find a decent priced unit close by. Easily able to fit my stuff. Friendly service

I absolutely love this storage facility, not only is it very convenient, the customer service is awesome! My daughter loves to stop in and talk to the on site manager, she is the best! The maintenance man is always friendly and working hard. I highly recommend this storage facility to any respectful adult.

They called me to confirm my reservation. Greeted you when you walked in. Tiny office but other wise good experience.

I would have preferred to be downstairs.

They were kind and fast to get us a unit and they had a lot of space and options for us.

Needed a place to storage stuff but wanted to have a good price and cleanliness in the storage unit. On Guard storage is basically all in one.

The location is convenient and the pricing is reasonable. The rows seem a little tight if multiple vehicles are there, and the office is a little small, but in most cases you wont be spending much time in the office

Really nice place and people. Online ad said 5x10 was $39/mo but was actually $49/mo.

I had reserved a 10x10 but since Me and my Wife are Disabled and it would have been hard to be on the second floor so they found us a 5x10 that was just right for us and they said if a 10x10 came up they would let us know. They have been a great help and are very nice.

Staff was very helpful and went over everything in detail.

On Guard had received my reservation from spare foot and was ready to help me get moved in. Clean facilities and great customer service.

These facilities are top of the line. Owners on site and always ready to help. This is the second time I've stored here and would do so again if necessary. I'm always glad to recommend are send a friend to use these facilities.

We were looking for an interim storage solution and On guard worked out great! Scotty & Frankie are charming. The site was clean and tidy. We ended up needing a larger unit than originally reserved and that was handled without any difficulty.

Management team was pleasant, courteous and easy to work with. Facility met our expectations from verbal descriptions given over the phone and looks well maintained.

The facility and everything about it is perfect it is an excellent storsge unit.

only issues was that i was billed for two months when i signed up. he showed me the prices for one month and i agreed, then he handed my card back to me and said he billed for two months...great.

this place is very good and they help you out by offering moveing vans for free our if need over night price is more than far so if i ever move again i will use them again

Rented the unit online. After minor paperwork I was moving belongings into the unit in less than 15 minutes. The service was friendly and the complex seemed extremely safe.
