The units are fairly cheap for the area and the staff was very helpful when I purchased the unit. Overall I think these are pretty good. Really the only downside is the road, where you would park your truck or moving van to put things into the unit, is kinda tight and the road by the smaller units is pretty bumpy but for the price and location it's great.

It is very easy to rent the storage I like that the only thing like I said is driving to my unit is very tight the lanes are very very small but pricing food and everything else is good it'd be nice not to have to get out of your car to put in the number to open the gate on the entrance the exit you don't have to get out of your car that's nice still everything else is okay

Manager was very nice, gave us a lock and waters and plastic covers. It was easy to pull up next to storage unit.

Washington self storage is a clean and well kept up, the place is reasonably priced. Great people and service. Thank you for being there.

This storage unit is ok. The type of entering the unit. I don't care for. My opening & closing door could be alot better.

Was surprised to show up and not have a code to put in.. you have to get out and push the gate open and closed... all in all super friendly people. They ended up changed my unit over due to leaking in the one they put me in. Went to leave and again no box to put a code in and the exit gage was locked.. had to back up, in the ice and snow to go out the entrance gate. Cheap place to get a storage but the friendly staff make up for the few minor inconveniences

Perfect size to get it for exactly what I needed. I could not pass up the price.

Contactless renting and moving in. Manager lives across the street and is very friendly and helpful. Best prices in the area. Only reason overall score is 4 not 5 is because the gate is manual.

I was very pleased with the whole experience, Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m an older person, staff was there when I arrived, very friendly and she introduced her self to us , the units was very clean . After moving everything in unit, they had water for us waiting in the unit , I thought that was wonderful, since non of of us thought about bringing bottles of water with us , Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m very happy.

We recently had a break in and the attention to detail and effective and timely fixing of the situation was impressive and appreciated.

It has a locked gate but you have to open the gate. But seems totally safe and secure. Plus the price is way better then the rest of them.

I am still in the process of my move, and my stuff is still at the site...but so far, I the facility has met my expectations, and provides a heck of a good deal for the price! Now, if you are looking for a place that is super clean, provides air conditioned spaces, and gives you coffee every time you come...this place is not for you (just kidding on the last part). But if you want a place to store your belongings that is safe, relatively clean, and provides the best deal in town from what I have researched...than this is it;-)

Perfect way to avoid having to make an appointment to rent a storage unit. I reserved it online paid online and moved my stuff into unit all in one day.
