Elevator door aggressively closes, making loading and unloading into/out of the elevator very cumbersome. Mark was very helpful and an excellent guy. Convinced me to buy a bunch of materials I didn't know I needed and ended up using! Spent about $160 and used it all

I rate Public Storage a 4, as the price of units changes frequently and there's only incentives for first-time renters, not for those of us who rent several units at the facility. But I rate the manager, Mark, at 5 stars! He is personable, watchful and really cares about his customers and their storage needs. He has been a great addition to this location.
