I like my storage room. It is plenty big for me. When I came to Pubic Storage I did not know the first thing about renting storage space. Alex took all my stupid questions and helped me understand. I like Alex. He was very professional and nice. It was actually very easy. Thank you Alex and Pubic Storage.??

I was in need of a last minute storage unit until I could prepare our home for the extra items I had brought home from our cabin. We are having a real rough patch as my Husband is very ill. I am mentally and physically exhausted at this point. There was only 15 min left to closing and Patty assisted me with the unit that had been reserved through the call center. I had a bit of a break down as I was overwhelmed with all of the events of the past few days. It was at that point that Patty seemed to forget it was closing time. She viewed her availability and choose the unit she felt was best for my needs. She knows what she is doing! Patty is a very kind soul and made the rest of my evening manageable. I hope to be in a position at some point to show her my gratitude. Thank you Patty! Also Thank you for the hug!!!

it was cool will rent there again

had a unit there for 3 years. no water damage, no evidence of rodents or pests. and to top it off, I was given incorrect information from corporate that could of cost me hundreds of dollars and the current manager (Margaret?) fixed the problem expeditiously at no cost.

Pat was terrific - she helped us with an issue promptly and fairly and I was thoroughly satisfied. Convenient location and I consider the items in my storage unit safe. Easy to deal with - would recommend this Company and site.

I was late on a payment & I was just getting used to making the payments & they understood & waived the late fee quite nicely for me. I thought it was very nice of them & it made sense because I just started making the payments anyway. So they weren't being all hard nosed about it.

I had my storage for one month and it was already broken into. The hardware on the doors were not as fool proof as one would think. It was so easy for some transients that lived nearby to figure out how to bend the hasp back and open the space. If I were public storage, I would put a siphon lock on the doors to the indoor units to keep it more secure. At any rate, something needs to be done. As for their team on site, they were very professional and courtesous during this time. They kept me informed on what was happening and how the theives got in.
