I was able to find a unit size I wanted quickly on the same day, no waiting and no hassle. The facility is well laid out and clean and secure. Easy to find unit. Especially enjoy the hours open 6am to 9pm 7 days a week. Super plus for me.

Raina was awesome,in every single way you'd expect a manager to be. She was polite, friendly, informative, kind and had a sense of humor that made me feel like, "this is the place". The grounds were cleaner than I've ever seen them. She was very communicative, which helped in planning everything. For what it's worth, if you ever get rid of this woman then you're at an extreme loss. She is an excellent example of how business is done and customers are kept!

Very polite and professional customer service. Although after some months my rate went up by $20, with a 30 day notice of the increase. That was disappointing. Especially now that this summer they are offering HALF OFF their rates to new customers. Bummed.

I came in yesterday and spoke to a woman by the name of Natasha, she was smiling when I walked in and was ready to answer all 6 million of my questions!!! She was very patient with me and my 2yr old grand daughter who wanted to touch EVERYTHING. I will be getting a unit when I move and would suggest anyone needing a unit in this area going to this location and asking for Natasha... Thanks for making my visit an easy one!!!!!

I'm so pleased that when I went to my storage unit and the key would not work in my lock , that ente public storage rep went over the top in helping me, he listened carefully to my problem and at the unit he tried all the ways to make the key work better, alas, he decided a new lock was needed, he had brought a lock with him and with a new lock my unit was ready to go. His concern, kindness and and knowledge made my day. You have been talking about storing some stuff in a storage place try public storage, the price is right but more than that you can cound on the staff to do thier best for youand make you feel good not like a dumb bunny.
