Easy, from booking it on the internet to coming in and finishing the paper work..the whole thing was done vary fast . The manager that helped me told me and showed me everything thing i was going to ask her before i could even ask...vary cool...

The lady who helped me on site was most helpful however I was not pleased by the differences in price quoted me by telephone vs. what I given on-site. I spoke two times with someone by phone and quoted $183.00 per month for 10x15' unit with rolled up door with special of $1.00 for first month. I write all telephone quotes down and had recorded this for each conversation. The lady who helped me on-site (think her name was Trisha). called a district manager who told her to give it to me for the $183 per month however I had to sign computer screen saying rent was $229 peronth. I was told this would be changed to $183 per month. I was told this would be done before I received my rent due email for June. Just think this was unprofessional to have so much confusion over pricing.

I am very happy with my Storage Unit at this Public Storage Facility. The best part is the people who work here. Both Lori and Lutricia have been super helpful. Lori helped me set up my account and has been there for every question I might have had. I would recommend this location for sure.

Easy setup and simple monthly billing. Lori and crew were friendly and accommodating. Safe, clean, and convenient. Highly recommended!

Everyone here is so helpful and even more importantly friendly. Lori and Lutricia went above and beyond to help me get my unit and made a very stressful more manageable. It felt as if i was in the company of friends. If you are on the fence on where to go i would recommend this location. Amazing customer service in my book- thanks again for dealing with this crazy customer and keeping her calm!!!

Your staff of Lori, Lutricia and Rob have been extremely helpful, professional and wonderful. If I still managed a storage facility, I would do all that I could to steal them away from you including offering them 50% more than what I would find out that you paid. You are fortunate to have them on your staff. They go way beyond their call of duty to accommodate clients. Your prices are too high, but I will continue to keep my things there because of their treatment to me.

The employees at public storage were very helpful st answering all of my questions over the phone before reserving a unit. Once I arrived, the manager, Thomas, was so professional and thorough, and there were no surprise charges or gimmicks! I have been so impressed!

I needed some stoarge last minute, when all of my belongings did nto fit into the Door to Door Storage unit. Public Storage was open on Sundays, unlike some of their competitors. The staff was friendly. He did make a comment they PS was less expensive than Door to Door, which is inaccurate. I would prefer the units were temperature controlled but it is what it is. I would use again if I needed to. Mort light in the unit would be nice (I have an interior unit).

Public Storage works very well for me. The website is good, the facilities are good. I can't give it 5 stars because of the mandatory hidden fees that are only disclosed when you're signing the papers.
