Location great. But the secured storage factor didnt seem to be all that true. A smaller person could easily climb into every single unit that I saw. There is no ceilings and the beams between the floor above and walls is too large.

It wasn't the cleanest locker I have ever rented, but it isn't too bad (mostly the issue was just stains). I feel like I lucked out because my first floor locker is less than 10 feet from the door. In that sense, I am very pleased. It was odd to me that you rented it all on line, but the post-Covid system seemed to work out fine. It was just odd not to talk to a person.

The whole reservation process was smooth along with contactless storage option. The only hard time I had was to find the parking lot assigned as numbers are hardly readable

When I arrived there, I couldn't find the parkingnspace for my motorhome at first because it wasn't numbered. So I called the office and they informed me it.

I already wrote a Yelp review saying how happy I was with her service but I just need to share that when I arrived there was a very grumpy older woman in there wanting to pay on several bills for JULY (it was actually the last day of July) and she was very rude to April complaining about the late fee charges. April took the high road and was very businesslike and jusst worked to get them paid with her. She was very professional, I would've told that woman to CALM DOWN and stop being so mean!
