Location great. But the secured storage factor didnt seem to be all that true. A smaller person could easily climb into every single unit that I saw. There is no ceilings and the beams between the floor above and walls is too large.

Its about what you would expect for a unit around the price it is

It wasn't the cleanest locker I have ever rented, but it isn't too bad (mostly the issue was just stains). I feel like I lucked out because my first floor locker is less than 10 feet from the door. In that sense, I am very pleased. It was odd to me that you rented it all on line, but the post-Covid system seemed to work out fine. It was just odd not to talk to a person.

The whole reservation process was smooth along with contactless storage option. The only hard time I had was to find the parking lot assigned as numbers are hardly readable

A bit aged and gross. My spot was covered in old foliage, but the price is right

When I arrived there, I couldn't find the parkingnspace for my motorhome at first because it wasn't numbered. So I called the office and they informed me it.

Building E needs to have more than 1 moving cart available for our use

Easy process! Can be a bit pricey but they have good deals

I found Shelbie to be highly professional, friendly, and accommodating!! It was in large part I decided to go with the specific location I did because of her! She truly helped me feel confident about storing my things at Public! I would highly recommend Public storage to anyone!!

Steve the man on duty was professional and friendly. The place is old so it looks a bit shabby but not unexpectedly so. The price and location are perfect for me.

We have used Public Storage in our community. before and had absolutely no problems so didn't think twice about talking to someone again. Wendy helped me with all questions I had and made suggestions re: storing my belongs. She was very easy to work with and I will use Public Storage again.

APRIL is the most service centered property manager I've ever dealt with, I'd rent a new unit from her daily if my needs were such. Thank your for hiring someone that has the customers best interest in mind. I greatly appreciate her.

I already wrote a Yelp review saying how happy I was with her service but I just need to share that when I arrived there was a very grumpy older woman in there wanting to pay on several bills for JULY (it was actually the last day of July) and she was very rude to April complaining about the late fee charges. April took the high road and was very businesslike and jusst worked to get them paid with her. She was very professional, I would've told that woman to CALM DOWN and stop being so mean!

I was a bit unsure as to what unit to rent. Rodney listened to what I wanted to store and steered me in the right direction. He made some excellent suggestions on how to find the unit that best suited my needs for size and location. Thanks Rodney!
