Very nice customer service everyone was helpful itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ll be nice to have my stuff closer I do wish the hours were open a little later but Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ll figure it out.

The team was super helpful. I wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t available to meet them. The staff provided a lock helped assist with the move. They were amazing.

The staff are very friendly, professional, knowledgeable, informative and helpful. From the moment I called to reserve my storage space to getting my keys and the gate code, the service was exceptional, making my move an smooth and easy transition. It was an absolute joy interacting with the Public Storage staff. Public Storage not only provides quality services, it also provides great products at very reasonable prices.

The rental process was pretty seamless and easy. Move in was very convenient, office staff was friendly and helpful. The unit was easy to find with maps and signage and was very clean. Better than expected!

The staff were courteous on the phone when confirming my reservation. Everything went smoothly, and I received excellent instructions via email so that move-in was a breeze on the first day. Would it be nice to have gate access later than 6pm? Yes, but overall, I'm still very happy with choosing this facility.

Monthly cost for closet space is excessive! Newer access should be in place instead of keys to enter bldg pin pad, key codes

I'm a new renter at Public Storage. The employees are the bright spots in this company. Especially Katie and Justin. It was Katie's seeming concern for my needs and my budget, above her desire to make a sale that brought me back to Public Storage. Employees that look out for the customer are who I want to do business with. Justin was courteous and efficient. I came in with only 10 minutes to get things done. Justin had me in and out in 9. My only complaints are: Hours of access Confusing numbering of units and Location- it's very difficult to get in and out of this location.

I do not remember the lady's name but she had longer brown hair she's a younger lady. Anyways I was in a hurry when I came in and she explained everything and showed us the unit and box options in a very timely matter. She was very nice. My experience was excellent.

First, we have a 28' travel trailer and your guy sent us down a path that is not designed for travel trailers. A tractor trailer, maybe. A box truck, sure. Not a travel trailer. We got hung up on a guard rail and then had to have a tow truck come help us get out. We should have known it was not going to get better but we proceeded to the front entrance determined to get our new toy safely parked and then found after getting to the end of your storage rows that we were too long to make the corner. We were all the way down the aisle. We got stuck and blew out the back right rear of our brand new (purchased the day before) new to us $18K Travel Trailer. We are now on a wait list to get repair work done and then will dread the exit. No idea how we are going to get out safely as your campus is not designed for a travel trailer of this size. You should have known this. After all we went through your staff left us hanging. No one checked in on us. It took us 6.5 hours to get parked in the designated spot. No one apologized for what we went through and no one offered to help. When asked for a cart ride to the bathroom from the top of the hill your guy went as fast as he could and almost lost my wife off the back of the cart. He could not be bothered. He said "we are short staffed today" and we never saw him again. We were exhausted and heart broken. We have waited 3 years to purchase a travel trailer and this destroyed us. We will never recommend a company that treats its customers like this. Never.

Great staff clean facility

My experience in signing up for a unit was a good one overall. Brian was professional, courteous, and efficient. The only thing that bothered me was he told me twice that it was mandatory that I carry insurance to use the facility. I signed up for the cheapest insurance available. When I got home I had a chance to review the contract which stated the insurance offered at the facility is not required in order to store my goods there.

Okay I went online I picked out my storage unit the size and everything then I got a phone call back less than 5 minutes saying when do I want to come in and start moving in the unit and taking care of the paperwork well it took me a couple of days to do that before I got paid so when I did come in and everybody was happy cheerful and environment feel great the unit was a sad as I wanted because I'm not putting too much in but it's a v i v and small and if it's everything I need to put in right now because I have family coming from out of town I had to clean up the house but overall my salesperson was great wonderful she has good spirits and she's always upbeat and keeps everybody smiling so I want to thank you for the great experience at Public Storage this is Mario Williams Tukwila

They Tate three and a half stars. While my unit is climate controlled and the office folks are friendly and helpful, they have tightened the building access hours to only the hours the office is open. The limited hours are a problem. They are however the only trouble I have with the place.

We have previously used other companies when living elsewhere. We were completely impressed with the cheerful professional service at Public Storage!

The initial meeting here was amazing. Areil was skilled and personable. She explained everything very well. She smiled with genuine warmth. The unit was very clean and accessible. The upsell to packing products was graceful and effective. A terrific beginning.

Reese was a fantastic resource in helping me select the right unit and the entire staff has been nothing short of friendly and accommodating.

Diqqy was efficient, professional, thorough, and pleasant. We viewed the units I was interested in and did all necessary paperwork in about 45 minutes. The facility is clean and seems secure.

Katie at Public Storage has such amazing service! After walking in to check out a storage space I had reserved to finding out someone else had snagged that spot Katie was able to find me another space and still give me the same price I had for my previous space! The Public Storage itself is very clean and has just what I needed for everything I needed to store.

I'd have to say my experience with this public storage location has been pretty good with great customer service. The only complaint I would have is maybe they need to have someone on each shift be able to cut and replace locks versus having to wait until the district manager is on property. To be fair though they did cut and replace my lock in a timely manner. Other than that I'd recommend this location to everyone.

Public Storage cares about their customers. They have the best bang for your bucks on this side of the town. I am highly recommending them because of their great customer service. As a first time customer, I didn't know what to expect. When I arrived at the store that morning, I was greeted warmly and immediately felt welcomed. The manager was very knowledgeable about their products and services. She listened attentively and helped me through the process. I am a satisfied customer.

Anthony is very professional and helpful. He helped me find the perfect unit for my needs at the perfect price. The facility has some potholes and a lot of puddles, so if you're loading/unloading in the rain, be sure to wear boots.

My issues thus far are... prices are really high, and when the payments are due! I started my storage on 11/12/16... then after that I was informed that payment is due on the first of every month! Help me understand how that works?!? Smh

Very courteous and attentive staff - they deserve 5 stars. However, I wish the website and marketing collateral was more transparent about the fact that you are required to secure your unit with a cylinder lock versus being able to use a padlock. I would presume that most people don't have cylinder locks lying around the house, but you've probably got a padlock. I wasn't aware of the cylinder lock requirement until I was finalizing my agreement and was told that the cylinder was required in order to complete the agreement. I'd already brought my own padlock so at that point I pretty much had no choice, but to purchase their cylinder lock, which by the way is twice the price of similar locks at hardware stores. Shame on me for not thinking to ask about lock requirements, but this should really be more clear on the website and in other materials.

Cody at the 12th Ave Public Storage was very helpful and friendly. We got one unit to move most of the house into to get it ready to go on the market. We found that we need to get a second unit. Cody found one that was the correct size and just around the corner from our original unit.

Everyone I spoke to, whether on the phone or in person, were very friendly and helpful. I received service in a friendly and professiona manner, and I was guided through the process in a way that was easy to understand...quite helpful to a first-timer like me!

I have used the Public Storage facility in Renton, WA before and recently got a storage unit again. The customer service was good and all the charges were explained. Everything went smoothly.

This is an excellent place to use for storage, They are all very Friendly in the office and try to accommodate every one. Every time I have gone in the office, they make it a joy to work with everyone in the office. I would recommend this storage to any of my Family or Friends.
