There is no truck available from the facility which made it necessary to make many trips. The elevator failed with a load of my stuff trapped inside thankfully without me stuck in there too. This delayed everything but the repair was done the same day. The hours of access are significantly limited. This also makes moving logistically much more difficult.

Excellent customer service Although we were running late and waiting for my friend who had ID to arrive, Jim was ABLE to get everything completed so that at least part of my stuff could be unloaded into the unit.

Easy to sign up and move in. A good price to that is fair. No property manager there when I moved in so I had to figure everything out on myself, but it wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t too hard.

Wonderful so far. I think I'm gonna need a bigger space. Lol

Called around a few places before choosing public storage, found they were by far the most cost efficient that I came across as well as they had multiple locations close to me. So that was completely convenient. I will definitely be recommending this storage facility to anyone I know that is in need!

Awesome customer service from Tiffany, who was extremely helpful and friendly. This storage location seems to have good security precautions and is easily accessible. Public Storage has a $1 for the first month rent special. It's important to note that after a one-time administrative fee ($24), a recommended "damp check" to absorb moisture in the air ($8), and a solid disc lock ($20) for the unit, my first month total came to about $60. After that, I am paying ~$125/month for a 5 x 10 unit including basic insurance.

It would be more convenient if the storage is open till a bit later. I work long hours and cant always make it in time before you close. No other complaints. The staff is friendly and very helpfull.

Tiffany was super helpful in getting me set up in my new unit! It is in a bit of a sketch area, but they take all precautions to make it safe. The staff here is the best!

My wife and I moved from Long Beach to Seattle at the end of December 2016. We were unable to secure an apartment prior to coming so I contacted Public Storage. I was able to reserve storage space online and when we arrive a day late (I got sick as we were packing and we couldn't leave on time.) I did email them and request that they hold my reservation. When we arrived on 12/30/16, I went to the facility and my reservation was intact and I still got the first month for a dollar (Actually, it's a little more because there are some administrative fees.). Point is that they didn't have to honor the reservation because I have violated the terms of the agreement, but they did and to top it off they were very helpful. Every time that I came to the facility it was clean and the staff (Tom and Tiffany) were always helpful. I closed my account down this afternoon as I found a place to live and I got all of my property out of the storage unit. My experience was very positive and I appreciate the service that I received for the short time that I stored there. I would use them again and I recommend them highly.

I visited many locations in the Seattle area and every team member was outstanding in their customer service they found me the right size at the best price! As an assistant manager of a customer service company I was very satisfied with the service I was given and I will highly recommend this company!

Nice and convenient solution while moving!

We looked at a number of options for storage units and ended up here because they had the size we needed for a reasonable price, and it was near our home. The facility seems secure, with a coded access gate as well as codes to enter the buildings. Once inside, it's clear it is a very old building that has had some issues, not the cleanest or most inviting, but the units themselves seem secure. Lights on timers, good locking mechanisms. Basically, it's what we need it to be!
