Great place wish hours of operation become longer

It's squeaky clean and has the most security I have ever seen at a storage facility. The staff was congenial and professional and made sure everyone who was there were 'okay' and supposed to be there. I felt very safe there and am not worried about storing our things there at all.

website is misleading about the initial cost.

The downtown Seattle location where we went was really nice. The manager was very organized and friendly. And it was a good price compared to the other storage companies.

I was met by the property manager who was extremely accommodating. The facility set up was excellent for my needs. The moving truck pulled up to a loading dock opposite a larger freight elevator the size I needed. The manager made sure we had the right equipment to unload and move my items to their new temporarily home. He came by during the process to see if everything was going well. I'd highly recommend the place.

Public Storage has been as advertised. The structure is secure and space is adequate. The only minimal draw back is the limited hours of access. 9am-6pm M-F and 9am-5pm Sat-Sun. I would appreciate greater weekend access.

I had a fantastic experience. The manager, Karisha, was very helpful both during my initial visit and when I came back a few days later to rent a unit. She answered all of my questions and explained the rental terms to me clearly. She also went out of her way and stayed about 30 minutes past close so that we could load a few things out of our truck. The customer service wasn't just good, it was sincere--you can tell she really cared about her property and renters. I hope to maintain this relationship with Public Storage for years to come!

Zak the manager on duty was beyond helpful, Much appreciated and great customer service. I would send anyone I know to publish storage unitf every employee was like Zak.

A guy named Zack helped me out here and he was very friendly and helpful. Overall I was very pleased with the experience.

Zack was very helpful. He made sure we were able to get in our and showed around. He helped get us a cart to use. He was able to answer all questions.

Very efficient and personable employees----Zack and Joe-----explained what I wanted to know, showed me several units, and helped me enroll etc. in a minimum of time. Excellent service. The storage unit seems to be what I need. Today this was my first day of storing things, so this is essentially a review of the two employees and their treatment of me.

Joe and Bob did a great job introducing me to the property the other day. When I went in to complete the paperwork today, Zack seamlessly picked up the process and got me through the forms quickly, explained everything clearly and got me squared away in my unit. I'm just moving in and so far I've been very impressed with the staff.

Hours of access are restricted from 9:30 am to 6:30 pm and only 5:30 pm over weekends. Service would be much improved with longer access hours. No other complaints.

the place is clean, nice enough for a storage. the staff is really nice like they actually care that you're renting from them. I will recommend it to friends

We enjoyed our experience with Public Storage at check in and on move in day. However, we really could have used a cart and there were none to be had. Our check in guy Jeremy was super organized and had great customer service.

Jeremy was very helpful and friendly, got me set up fast, gave me a tour of the facility, checked out my access codes and keys before cutting me loose, etc. very professional and straightforward.

I had a good experience here... My stuff is nearby, and I feel like the storage unit is an extension of my closet.

I found an inexpensive place to store my beer stuff. Which is Public Storage. The people are friendly. Hours are great and the price is perfect. So if you need a place to store you stuff go to public storage.
