I really appreciate how easy it was to reserve and move into a storage unit. The facility is nice enough and the staff I talked to were friendly and helpful. I didn't notice the very limited hours when I reserved the unit though. They close at 5 on weekends and 6 in weekdays, which is extremely inconvenient and hadn't even occurred to me as a possibility. I understand only being stuffed during business hours, but bring completely closed to access seems pretty unreasonable.

Got trapped in elevator 1.5 hrs and then there were no elevators working for the next 3 days and no stair access

Vince was very kind and patient with me as I peppered him with a list of questions about renting storage space (first-timer here!). I opted to go in and he showed me the storage space before i set up my account. Facility looked clean and updated.

It was super easy to just pull up, unload, and leave.

Decent service. Can't argue $50, they make you take out insurance for $15 a month. Currently being renovated, other than that it's decent.

As your records may or may not show I was with the store on Capitol Hill in Seattle for several years. Great service, great manager. This was inside parking for a class B motorhome. The only problem was the continuing raise of fees. Next came the eviction notice as they were going to remodel. Luckly I found a space back at the Ballard store where I was years ago. Let's hope you keep this one as-is.

Carrie went above and beyond to help me in a difficult situation. She was friendly, helpful and full of information. She truly wanted to find the appropriate solution for my storage needs. I could not have asked for a better experience. Thank you Carrie for going above and beyond to make a not so pleasant task actually kind of fun!

Wonderful service! I only needed a unit for a few weeks while I moved and Carrie made my experience as smooth as could possibly be! She was attentive, provided unit sizing advice, and was able as friendly as could be. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a short term or long term storage unit. (Hint: Online they have deals where the first month is discounted or free and there are no lease terms)

The people make the storage facility a warm and welcoming place , I rented a parking spot for a month and my experience with the staff running the facility was the best i have ever had , very professional , very friendly and engaging , clean and most importantly easy. i did not have any difficulty in renting and i could leave anytime i wanted with short notice. personally i enjoy freedom and i felt free to manage my schedule with them , access codes for entry during after hours made it even more so. The pricing compared to all others was the most reasonable and it was inside storage for a 20 FT TRAILER!... that price beat the "OUTSIDE" storage rates of the other facilities in the neighborhood! On a scale of 1-5 stars, Carrie at the Queen Anne Public Storage facility really cranked it up to 11! A situation arose, which in no way was Public Storage's fault, and Carrie worked diligently with me to help get it resolved constructively. She really went the extra mile to help me. Her customer service and friendliness made a real difference, and I would recommend her unhesitatingly to anyone who is looking for a real professional. Thank you so much, Carrie.

I've used other Public Storege locations, and this one is actually the best! But others were rude, and ill prepared... This one was very efficient and friendly.

I walked in to rent a storage unit to help me stage my home for selling. I wasn't sure what to expect but it was actually a great experience. Julian was helpful and friendly and he made the process actually fun. The units themselves are spacious and well lit. I would recommend to anyone needing temporary storage.

My new Public Storage unit has been a success story from the very first day. After inquiring on the internet, I immediately received a phone call confirming my decision to apply for rental space. I was treated with respect through the entire paperwork process and ended up paying the lowest rate of any of the other four storage companies I visited. Public Storage beat the price of one of it's competitors by over $200 a month for a comparable size unit. The drive in garage area is so convenient, especially in the rainy Seattle area. The elevator is very close and the hallways and public areas are always clean. I am a very happy and fully satisfied customer and fan of Public Storage.

Moving is a painful experience - Chicago to Seattle especially! This made it better.

Building is secure, has great access hours and is conveniently located. Property is kept clean and well maintained. Employees are professional, friendly, and they go out of their way to help you find the right storage unit that fits your needs. A very special thanks to Les for all his patience and help - his positive attitude made the difference! Overall, the cost is extremely reasonable for a variety of different sized spaces. An all-around positive experience - would highly recommend this storage facility.
