Public Storage - Seattle - 3600 Stone Way North

Front Desk Staff was great facility and pricing average or slightly above. The account was set up and I recorded all info. ON LINE BILL PAYMENT WILL NOT WORK - Period. NOW MY ACCOUNT LOG IN IS ALSO BROKEN!! Pay by Phone charges an extra fee and pay in person an even larger extra fee Totally Negating any savings. This feels like a SCAM to get extra $$ out of me and they totally refuse to fix my ability to pay on line even though it was broken from 1st month, well in advance of the due date. NO HUMAN AT CUSTOMER SERVICE?! Terrible experience and hope to be shut of this company within 6 months!

Great in-person service Was able to get my questions answered when speaking to the employee at the Public Storage office. Super helpful, didn't try to nickel and dime me but actually educated me on my options.

He was so friendly and nice at explaining prices to me. So patient and was kind to offer some nice spots in Seattle to go too. It was fast to go in and get my lock. I really enjoyed my experience

The entire process was very simple/easy! The manager met us and showed us a few different spaces we could use and answered all our questions. He was very friendly, polite, and knowledgable!

Excellent customer service

Staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. The facilities were very good but there were a few minor issues. There were only 3 dollies available and several people were competing for them. A few more would be helpful. Also, they had only one set of swiveling wheels making them difficult to maneuver. Finally, the doors of the elevators remained open for a very brief time making it difficult to get everything out before the doors closed on you.

I was just a bit disappointed that I didn't get the deal or space that I reserved online. I didn't have time to look around for another deal.

I had a very welcoming experience at Public Storage. One of the managers (Wesley) was fantastic and spent a lot of time with me ensuring that I understood everything and that I was getting the best deal for what I needed. He called a few days later to make sure that everything was running smoothly and each time that I stopped by Public Storage and I saw him, he remembered me by name and asked how I was doing. I really appreciated the service by Wesley!

The staff with whom i've interactive are thoroughly competent, friendly and helpful. The elevators and hallways are clean and easily navigable. Our storage unit is also clean and usable.

I used Public Storage to store my belongings for a little over one month in Seattle. The store manager, Wesley, could not have been more helpful. I would trust Public Storage again!
