Public Storage - Seattle - 7133 Delridge Way SW

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The units have seen better days but are secure and convenient. Would recommend.

My only complaint is the price. Remove that and it is a really good place to store your things. I have used public storage many times in the past, currently i am in west seattle. The manager Sandra is amazing and the place is always super clean

The security is absolutely terrible! The gate is torn down on the Delridge side, which is a bad neighborhood. The door to the building literally opens by pushing it with one finger. There is a 2 inch gap between the double doors. If I had to guess someone hit the door with a truck to bust it open. Just by looking at the door you can tell it isn't secure. During my walk through with the wonderful sales person she stood in front of the door so I couldn't see it. I really loved the woman who sold me the unit and truthfully she is the reason I purchased. I put in my code on the door incorrectly and it just pushed open, seriously with one finger. This is how I know, I told the woman who was there sweeping, she agreed and said she would tell someone. The thing is she didn't at all seem surprised or shocked. It was clear that this has been an issue for a while. There are not cameras inside the building. It's clear people might be living here as well, it smelled like urine inside near my unit.

Great experience! I haven't used storage facility before but Justin did a great job of getting me up to speed quickly and efficiently in a very friendly way, even though he was busy. Thanks Justin!

Selection, location, prices, and service are all great!

Had a great move in. Staff was personable, thorough. Only complaint, was an old $7 charge, said company called once but was not followed up.

Dawn did a great job on the paperwork and calming me down after a stressful drive trying to get there before they closed. She was knowledgeable and friendly and I appreciate that.

This is one of the nicest PS I have ever had the privilege to do business with. The property is well maintained. The staff is always knowledgeable and helpful. Patrick is a 5 star employee with his friendly demeanor and quick response in getting the task done. If I ever have storage needs again I'll check this property first.

I would highly recommend this place. I live in the area and I'm moving out of my one bedroom apartment. I made a reservation online and was called immediately to set up an appointment to view the space. Ron did an excellent job recommending the appropriate space for my one bedroom apartment. He was courteous and patient with me when I needed to reschedule my key pick up and kept me at my agreed to Labor Day rate. This place is clean, accessible and safe. It's on a major road in the West Seattle area and is close to the police station (which is important to me) . Go see Ron, he will help you out

Great staff - Ron was as helpful as he could be and followed through before and after the move to make sure things went well. He was knowledgeable about what size unit I would need and was just right. He did the best to save me as much money as possible and just in general was a caring person abour my situation. Can't say enough good about him. The facility is clean, easily accessible, and close to my home so it is perfect. Recommend them any time you need storage.

Everyone here is so helpful! I had to store all my things in a unit while I renovated my home in preparation for a sale. The unit was clean, I always felt safe, and I had no problem driving a 22' long moving truck around to load it up at the end. If you're in West Seattle, I highly recommend this Public Storage.

Great storage facility

The staff at this location on Delridge in Seattle, were the nicest, most helpful, friendly and funny people. They made my day and the facility is very well maintained and clean. I like this facility better than any other facilities in Seattle. Excellent employees, really made me feel better about having to store my belongings this time of year.

The floor of my rental space (on the 2nd floor) was a little damp when I moved in, not sure if it was from previous client. Happily it seems to be drying out. Because it seems to be non-heated upstairs, the atmosphere inside seems a little damp in general. The overhead light in my space does not function ~ but I bet if I ask the custodian to fix it, he would! He's a nice fellow.

Josh at my location was very descriptive and makes sure you know all the details of your contract before you sign on the dotted line. He was very knowledgeable about the space provided and helpful with answering any questions that I had. However the space I rented was small and expensive. Thank you Josh five stars to you.

I only needed the storage unit for one week for my move from an apartment to my new house. Unexpected delays and issues made me forget to close out my storage unit. It had been empty for a few days and I forgot to come back and let them know I did not need it anymore. Most places would charge you for extra time but not Public Storage. I only had to pay the original price we discussed and not a penny more. Cost savings for me will always make me return for future storage needs. Like I stated earlier; The best customer service and experience I have ever received from a storage company.
